it might be a good idea to create a staff room, that only members of staff can see,read, post. i have one on my forum. but if you look for it you wont see it
basically we use it as a private chat place , to discuss members that have broken rules.
example 1, member mod 1 has broken a rule. My global mod that runs that section of the forum, will present the situation to me and the other G.mods for a group decision in the staff room where members will not see.
Example 2, a mod has a personal problem with a certain member. and so personal matters cant get in the way and mod just simply banning them because they dont like them, they can ask other mods there opinion. to make it fair on all members.
mmmmm...... if we can sort the admin CP out for me i could do these kinda things, dont worry i wont make any drastic changes without you approval .
